Inverroche Amber Gin is a handcrafted blend of intriguing combinations of fresh floral botanicals of Africa with spices and berries from India and Europe. Inverroche Amber Gin is infused with fynbos from the coastal region and dunes of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Founded by Lorna Scott and her family, the distillery has grown from strength to strength in the local community of Stillbaai in the Western Cape of South Africa. In just six years, the distillery has grown from a small home industry to a flourishing and pioneering craft distillery. Inverroche Gin is double distilled in small batches of 250 bottles, using a specialised pot still process where alcohol vapour is infused with dried and fresh botanicals, resulting in a complex and intensely flavoured spirit. Spicy and ripe, Inverroche Amber Gin is a golden amber colour, earthy base notes, balanced with the combined aroma of fresh citrus, juniper notes, sweet toffee apples, subtle spice, and delicate floral notes. The taste is that of a rich, aromatic, dry, woody finish. To best enjoy this premium gin, have Inverroche Amber Gin served with tonic water, garnished with a curl of orange zest.
